Clear Returns Policy
Your happiness is our priority! You can return products in our store or by mail. All regular priced merchandise in new or unused condition can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs).
A 20% restocking fee will be applied against all new and unused furniture and gear merchandise returned in an opened or missing box. All sale purchases are final; no refunds or store credits available.
1. Call for Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions at 1-800-273-6489.
2. Package item in original packaging. Return all original documentation and packing slip.
3. Mail package and acquire tracking information and insurance.
4. Once package is received, it will be checked to ensure that all original documentation is there, the manufacturer tags are intact and the item is unused and in new condition.
5. A 100% refund less outbound shipping will be issued to the credit card that you used to purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain products can’t be returned for hygienic reasons. These items include: breast pumps, bottles, nipples, eating utensils, mattresses, diapers, potty seats and bathtubs. If the product has not been opened and is still in a sealed box, the item can be returned. Of course, if the item is defective we will repair or replace it.
