We have been working with the same two factories who share the same sense of commitment to safety and quality as we do. Our extensive process ensures that our products meet not only the JPMA, Health Canada and all CPSC regulations, but most importantly satisfy our own commitment to safety and quality.

Our Process
We create our own rigorous quality control programs to stay ahead of industry standards. We have a quality control team at our production site that individually checks and hand packs each piece to assure the highest quality of craftsmanship before any of our products leave our factory doors. Not only are products manually checked at the production site, but upon arrival in the United States, items are inspected and assembled again by another team.

Safe Materials:

• Our paint is ultra safe, our hardware and materials are highly tested.
  We exceed JPMA regulations and go through annual paint tests. Paint is considered safe when it has toxic materials under 300 parts per million (ppm). In order to be considered low toxicity and as mandated by CPSC, it must be no more than 90 ppm or 0.009%. All of our products come in at LESS than 0.001%, way below the level allowed, making it absolutely lead and phthalate safe.

• Solid, Sustainable New Zealand Pine Wood (safe and eco-friendly).
• Dressers come with anti tip kits to enhance safety by attaching dresser to the wall. Dressers made with metal glide hardware to open smoothly and constructed with stop mechanisms to ensure drawers can't be pulled all the way out.

Our goal is to get your order out the door as quickly as possible! This item ships from our warehouse in Apex, NC. Orders that are placed before 1:00pm EST are typically entered into our system that day. Shipments typically take 2-7 business days to arrive depending on the type of shipping that you choose and where you are located. If you need a more precise date, please give us a call at 1-800-273-6489 and we will be happy to provide that for you. Once your order is packaged and labeled to ship, we will email you with tracking information.

*Super Saver Shipping will typically ship USPS and may take additional 1-2 business days for delivery. Items that ship direct from the manufacturer may take longer.

*Second day and overnight shipping does not include the first day for processing. So if you order on a Wednesday after 3pm, the order is processed on Thursday. If you selected second day, your order will arrive on Monday.

*Some items that ship direct from the manufacturer are not eligible. Items weighing over 20 lbs. or large boxes are not eligible for overnight or second day shipping. Typically this includes items such as furniture and strollers. If you would like expedited service on a large item, please call for a quote.

Do you ship outside the U.S.A?
What about Alaska, Hawaii or PO Boxes? We currently do not ship outside the U.S.A. For items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or PO Boxes, your items will ship USPS. For items that are not oversized, you will be charged the Standard Shipping Rate. Free Shipping and expedited shipping is not an option to these areas.
