Zinc Oxide is hard to wash out of cloth diapers, and it creates a 'waterproofing' on the cloth diaper which causes urine, etc. to run out the sides of the diaper. BUM BUM BALM makes a great alternative to zinc creams!

Author: Amy Miller This is the only stuff that seems to be great for our baby and with cloth diapers. I tried some other stuff that was supposed to work with cloth diapers (it was more readily available) and it ended up causing a rash. Bum bum balm cleared it right up! |

Author: Cori Nevruz This product is really great to keep a sore bum comfortable. The one downside was that when my baby's bottom was actually cracked, the balm seemed to burn a bit. However, when I used it on a red bum, it seemed to get better very quickly! |
