Episencial products are naturally fresh for about 2 years and preserved with a patented botanical blend that uses glycerol caprylate (made from grapeseed, palm nut or coconut) combined with natural fruit esters like the acid from sodium anisate (related to licorice) to safely protect the products from fungus and bacteria. Orders that are placed before 1:00pm EST are typically entered into our system that day. Shipments typically take 2-7 business days to arrive depending on the type of shipping that you choose and where you are located. Do you ship outside the U.S.A?
What about Alaska, Hawaii or PO Boxes? We currently do not ship outside the U.S.A. For items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or PO Boxes, your items will ship USPS. For items that are not oversized, you will be charged the Standard Shipping Rate. Free Shipping and expedited shipping is not an option to these areas.
