The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission in cooperation with Graco is recalling approximately 2 million strollers due to risk of entrapment and strangulation. Four infant strangulation deaths have been reported. The recall involves older versions of the Quattro™ and MetroLite™ strollers that were manufactured prior to the prior to the existence of the January 2008 voluntary industry standard. This voluntary industry standard addressed the height of the opening between the stroller’s tray and the seat bottom. For more information on this recall, go to the Consumer Product Safety Commission website.
