Because of this, we are not able to accept returns on furniture, custom orders and personalized items. Once a furniture or special order is placed, you have 2 days to cancel your order. Your item will be shipping to you via Freight Delivery. Regular shipping option is delivered to your home curbside, not inside your home. If this type of shipping is selected, it is important that you have people present that can assist with the delivery and removal from the truck. If inside delivery option is chosen and available, your item will be delivered into your home over the first threshold. Regardless of the type of delivery, you must inspect both the box and the furniture immediately upon receipt. If there are damages to boxes or furniture, it must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery and we must be notified within 24 hours at 1-800-273-6489.
