What is 2-Phase Expression® technology?
Through research, Medela learned that there are two distinct phases of how babies breastfeed.  The Stimulation Phase is fast and light sucking to start milk flowing followed by the Expression Phase, slow and stronger sucking to deliver more milk faster.  Pump In Style Advanced breastpumps have exclusive 2-Phase Expression technology that mimics a baby's natural nursing pattern.

Returns
Medela products are considered personal hygiene items and cannot be returned once the seal is broken.  Of course if there is a manufacturing defect or problem it is covered under Medela's warranty policy.  Medela guarantees its pump motors with a one year warranty.

Orders that are placed before 1:00pm EST are typically entered into our system that day. Shipments typically take 2-7 business days to arrive depending on the type of shipping that you choose and where you are located. *Some items that ship direct from the manufacturer are not eligible. Items weighing over 20 lbs. or large boxes are not eligible for overnight or second day shipping. Do you ship outside the U.S.A?
What about Alaska, Hawaii or PO Boxes? We currently do not ship outside the U.S.A. For items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or PO Boxes, your items will ship USPS. For items that are not oversized, you will be charged the Standard Shipping Rate. Free Shipping and expedited shipping is not an option to these areas.
