This is a custom order made especially for you! We do not accept returns on custom items. Defects are rare but if there is a manufacturer's defect, we will gladly replace it.

In some cases, we may be able to expedite your shipment but we will need to check with the manufacturer. Once the item ships, you will receive tracking information.

*Second day and overnight shipping does not include the first day for processing. So if you order on a Wednesday after 3pm, the order is processed on Thursday. If you selected second day, your order will arrive on Monday.
*Some items that ship direct from the manufacturer are not eligible. Items weighing over 20 lbs. or large boxes are not eligible for overnight or second day shipping. Typically this includes items such as furniture and strollers. If you would like expedited service on a large item, please call for a quote.
