At GreenPea Baby & Child your happiness is our top priority and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make your exchange or return as easy as possible.
Returns or Exchanges:
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange any non-sale item within 30 days of receipt. To receive a full refund, the item must be in new, unused condition with all packaging and tags in place. All returns may be made via mail or in our store, whichever is most convenient for you. Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment (less outbound shipping costs). Non-sale merchandise without a packing slip or after 30 days from the date of purchase shall be exchanged for store credit only (less shipping costs and surcharges). Any available store credits will be issued at the then lowest selling price and shall be in the form of a GreenPea Baby & Child gift card that will be mailed to the address provided. All gift returns may be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available. Store credits may be used at www.greenpeababystore.com or at our store.
Return Policy Exceptions:
Special order/personalized: Certain items such as personalized, monogrammed, special order and sale items are considered final sale and may not be returned.
Hygiene Products: Due to health and hygiene concerns, we do not accept any of the following products for return or exchange: breast pumps, bottles, nipples, eating utensils, mattresses, diapers, potty seats and bathtubs. If the product has not been opened and is still in a sealed box, the item can be returned. Of course, if the item is defective we will repair or replace it.
Special Occasion: Please note that all holiday, christening and birthday purchases are considered final sales and returns are not available. We are happy to exchange the item for a different size or style.
Sale/Clearance: All sale/clearance purchases are final; no refunds or store credits available.
Furniture: Our furniture items are considered a special order item and are not returnable. It is made per your specifications for finish, fabric or design.
Products - If you receive an item that is damaged, please call us immediately at 1-800-273-6489. We will work hard at getting out a replacement or part, if applicable, as soon as possible. You may be asked to provide images of the damage so that we can forward that to the manufacturer.
Furniture- Although rare, on occasion an item may get damaged during freight shipment. When the driver arrives at your home, please inspect all packaging and remove the item from the box to inspect for any damage before the driver leaves. If you see damage, note it on the Bill of Lading that the driver will ask you to sign. Show the driver the damage and have him sign and acknowledge as well. If damage is discovered after the driver leaves, it will be considered concealed damage. Call us immediately if damage is discovered. We know how dissapointing this can be and will work hard at repairing or replacing the item as quickly as possible. You may need to send images and information such as a serial number from the item. For furniture items, please note that production of your replacement will be expedited but in most cases there will be a time delay as the furniture has to be made again to your specifications.
Restocking Fees: All new and unused furniture or gear that is returned in an opened or missing box will incur a 20% restocking fee. Return or Exchange Process:
1. Call for Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions at 1-800-273-6489.
2. Package item in original packaging. Return all original documentation and packing slip.
3. Mail package and acquire tracking information and insurance.
4. Once package is received, it will be checked to ensure that all original documentation is there, the manufacturer tags are intact and the item is unused and in new condition.
5. A 100% refund less outbound shipping will be issued to the credit card that you used to purchase.
