Our Rates:
*Super Saver Shipping will typically ship USPS and may take additional 1-2 business days for delivery. Items that ship direct from the manufacturer may take longer.
*Second day and overnight shipping does not include the first day for processing. So if you order on a Wednesday after 3pm, the order is processed on Thursday. If you selected second day, your order will arrive on Monday.
*Some items that ship direct from the manufacturer are not eligible. Items weighing over 20 lbs. or large boxes are not eligible for overnight or second day shipping. Typically this includes items such as furniture and strollers. If you would like expedited service on a large item, please call for a quote.
Where do we ship from? The majority of items on our website will ship from our store in Apex, NC. Some special order items and certain lines that we carry will ship direct from the manufacturer. If you have an order that contains some items that ship from us and other items that ship direct from the manufacturer, we will let you know. You will receive tracking on your packages regardless of their origination. How long will it take to get my order? Most items if ordered prior to 1:00pm EST, will leave our store the same day or within 2 days max. Depending on where the item is shipping, typical times range from 3-7 business days. You will receive tracking that will provide you with an estimated day for delivery. Some of our items that ship direct from the manufacturer may take a little longer but typically arrive within 3-7 business days unless it is a personalized or a made-to-order item.
Can I cancel my order? Orders typically leave GreenPea Baby within 1-2 days. We work very hard to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. If your order has shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order. You will need to receive the shipment and call for a Return Authorization Number. Please see our return policy for more information.
Expedited Shipping We know, we have all been there before—you waited until the last minute or something is just so cute you can’t wait any longer to get it! No worries, we offer affordable expedited shipping options. Please note, expedited shipping is subject to the scheduled pickup of the carrier. If you order on Thursday and want it delivered in two days, this will not arrive until Monday because the carrier does not count Saturday.
*If an item ships direct from the manufacturer, expedited shipping may not be an option. When you are on the product detail page, click the shipping tab and if the product ships direct from the manufacturer, please call before choosing 2nd day or overnight shipping. If you do select this options and the manufacturer can't meet the shipping requirements, we will call you and refund the difference.
Do you ship outside the U.S.A? What about Alaska, Hawaii or PO Boxes? We currently do not ship outside the U.S.A. For items shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or PO Boxes, your items will ship USPS (SuperSaver Shipping). For items that are not oversized, you will be charged the Standard Shipping Rate. Free Shipping is not an option.
